Chief of Staff to U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-IA-4), serving since January 2021. Leopold managed Feenstra's successful campaigns in 2020, defeating nine-term incumbent Rep. Steve King in the primary and J.D. Scholten in the general election. Prior to his role as Chief of Staff, he worked as a campaign consultant for Victory Enterprises and held positions in former Governor Terry Branstad's administration and Iowa Senate Republican campaigns. A Mount Vernon High School graduate and former college baseball player, Leopold has been involved in Republican politics since college.
