POLICY DIRECTOR — Office of the Majority Whip

Policy Director for the Office of the Majority Whip (Tom Emmer) since January 2023. Leverages deep expertise in energy and environmental policy as well as knowledge of the tax writing and appropriations committees. Previously served as Legislative Director to former Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), where he led the Congressman's House Ways and Means Committee portfolio, including tax reform implementation and clean energy taxes. Also previously served as a lobbyist at Invariant's Food & Agriculture Practice Group, advising clients on energy and environmental policy matters.
