She led the committee's work to secure over $14 billion in rural clean energy investments in the Inflation Reduction Act. Previously served as Senior Legislative Assistant to Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN) covering agriculture and energy issues, and as Legislative Correspondent for former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO). Grew up on a small family farm in west-central Ohio and was the first in her family to attend college.
