Previously served as District Director and Deputy Chief of Staff for Carson's office, where she directed all office and legislative operations and served as a community liaison. Led local implementation of transformational legislation including pandemic relief through the CARES Act and American Rescue Plan, infrastructure investments through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and veteran benefits expansion through the PACT Act. Serves on the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership board.
