Counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce (as of May 2025), with portfolio including Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade Subcommittee. Previously Senior Director and Policy Counsel at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he directed policy programs on unmanned aerial systems, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, communications policy, and platform regulation. Earlier served as Legislative Director for Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo (NJ-02), managing priorities on the House Armed Services Committee and House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Also held roles as Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent in the House.
