Chief of Staff for U.S. Senate Chaplain Barry C. Black, directing all of Chaplain Black's programs and outreach to Senators, their families, and Senate staff. Schultz has spent 16 years overseeing Capitol Hill-focused ministries, first as Director of Outreach for the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship and the last 12+ years for the Senate Chaplain. Prior to her Capitol Hill service, she lived as a missionary in Schladming, Austria, for seven years under the umbrella of Torchbearers International. Reverend Schultz teaches a small group Bible study for Senate staff weekly and hosts ladies' tea events and men's breakfasts in the Capitol.
