Previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director in Mrvan's office. Former Peace Corps volunteer (Mauritania). Long-time staffer for Rep. Pete Visclosky, where he worked on steel industry policy and appropriations beginning in 2005. Graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with degrees in Economics and Cognitive Science, and earned a Master in Public Policy degree from Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy.
