Chief of Staff for U.S. Rep. Sarah Elfreth (D-MD), serving since January 2025. Has over a dozen years of experience in the Maryland congressional delegation. Most recently served as Senior Advisor to Congressman Steny H. Hoyer, where he led the congressman's Financial Services and General Government work on the House Appropriations Committee. Previously worked in various legislative roles for former Rep. Anthony Brown (D-MD) as deputy chief of staff. Began his Capitol Hill career as a staff assistant in Hoyer's office after interning there in 2011.
