Previously served as Legislative Director for Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-NM), where he managed her legislative portfolio, oversaw her work on the 2019 Farm Bill, and drafted a $550 million rural broadband grant program. Also served as a Congressional Fellow at CSIS and previously worked on the legal and compliance team at Blackstone Group in New York. Published articles on cyberlaw and space law in law review journals and Politico. Completed the Wilson Center Foreign Policy Fellowship.
