Senior Policy Advisor and Counsel to Speaker Mike Johnson in the Office of the Speaker of the House (2023-2025), where he advised on privacy, information technology, homeland security, foreign intelligence, economic policy, supply chain and innovation. Shepherded over 100 bills through the legislative process, including the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) reauthorization and multiple continuing resolutions. Previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director to Senator Ted Cruz (2022-2023), Counsel to Rep. Ken Buck (2019-2020), Chief Counsel to the Senate Republican Policy Committee, and in various other Capitol Hill roles spanning both chambers. Now a Partner at Holland & Knight's Public Policy & Regulation Group.
