Education Policy Advisor at the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP), advising on K-12 education, early childhood education, childcare, DoDEA, foster care, IDEA, and school choice. Congressional staffer since 2020, progressing from intern to legislative assistant to policy advisor. Previously served as Legislative Assistant to Congresswoman Erin Houchin (IN-9) and Congressman Mike Carey (OH-15). Has contributed to more than 50 pieces of legislation, including a FAFSA simplification bill signed into law in 2024. Former Head Start student with a Master's in Education Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
