Professional Staff Member for the House Appropriations Committee's Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (THUD) Subcommittee, where he serves as the lead on Department of Transportation matters. His responsibilities include funding recommendations, bill and report production, hearings, briefings, oversight, and budget analysis for DOT agencies including the Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Transit Administration, HUD's Office of Community Planning and Development, and the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. Graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Participated in the Fleet Seminar Program at the U.S. Naval War College.
