Acting Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. House of Representatives, leading an organization of nearly 1,000 employees responsible for administrative functions critical to House operations. Previously served as Deputy CAO overseeing Human Resources, House Media Galleries, Office of Employee Advocacy, and House Child Care Center. Over three decades of House service beginning as an intern in 1990, including roles as Director of Finance and Personnel for the Committee on House Administration, Editor for the Committee on the Judiciary, Editor and Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Committee on Science, and multiple positions in the leadership office of former Representative Robert H. Michel. Daughter of two former congressional staffers who met in the Longworth House Office Building in the late 1960s.
