Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Aumua Amata Coleman Radewagen (R-AS) since 2015. Retired U.S. Army Colonel with over 25 years of military service in logistics and sustainment operations. First Samoan to graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1989), first Samoan on active duty selected for promotion to colonel below-the-zone, and brigade commander. Inducted into the Army Ordnance Corps Hall of Fame in 2024. Led the 404th Army Field Support Brigade and commanded units at all levels from company to brigade, including 15 months of combat command in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
